Universal Towing is responsible for removing post-accident and other vehicles on behalf of law enforcement agencies in the Holly Hill and surrounding areas. These vehicles are being sold clear of any liens or holds.. Most vehicles are sold tow lien paperwork per Section 713.78 (8), Florida Statutes (2000)

A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED. This is an internet only auction. There is a 13.5% buyer's premium; cash credit. 

CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000.  IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.
